"Wow"

"Someone should beat the shit outta you for making something sooo bad... I hope they cut off your arms so you never make this shit again."

P.S. Good job though. The animation was pretty messy at times but most of the jokes were pretty good, even if they were pretty immature. I might normally give a lower score but you're my friend so of course I'll be a bit lenient. Keep up the good work.

Eastbeast responds:

Thank you for the beauty Sam. Err.. I mean, "What The Fuck!"

Yeah dude you were a great help to the production of this as far as consultation goes. Thanks for helping me get it off the ground. :)

I am so sick of these.

ARGH! I am so tired of these poorly animated SMBZ ripoffs! Come up with something semi-original FFS! If you're going to make a sprite fight, make it between something OTHER than a Mario character vs. a Sonic character (especially Mario vs. Sonic/Mecha Sonic) and AT LEAST refrain from using those overused DBZ visual and sound effects; I can't stress that enough. In terms of the animation, it wasn't too great. Try learning about easing in your tweens and find your own style of sprite animating instead of mimicking someone else's. Try these things and maybe I'll give you a better score next time.

SuperMarioFan9000 responds:

SMBZ rip-offs? I'm not trying to copy SMBZ, I have no original sounds, yet, well just a few, non-DBZ, DBZ sounds are everywhere, if you see this reply. PM me, if you have original sounds, I can't find any, I found those, but it's wrong I'm trying to find good original sounds, and really I'm copying Alvin's style?, well, I'm ignoring Alvin's fighting style, but if you think I did, sorry, I'm ignoring Alvin's style now,

P.S. I think I pressed the enter button and it was stuck.

Finally.

I've been waiting for this for quite a while. After seeing this, I think it turned out pretty good. Sure, some of the parts were a bit lame and/or badly animated but overall I think it's a pretty decent collab. Though, I'm sort of disappointed in my parts now considering I can do so much better at this point in time. Also, on my toast part, the second sound is out of sync... that doesn't matter much to me though. The comic section was great too, and I'm glad you included my scrolling comic in the extras. Great collab, guys. :)

thies responds:

Thanks for the review, and for contributing :)

Not half bad.

I've always thought your animation was extremely sloppy and lazy... but I liked this (and quite a bit of your other work). I thought this episode was much better than the others. The sprites in the previous ones were a lot sloppier than the Paper Mario ones in this one. The Pokemon joke in this episode was pretty funny too. As for the voice acting, it wasn't too bad. Keep making these, they're getting better. :D

Eastbeast responds:

Ha yeah I agree about my animation being lazy, but this one I definately put some effort into. Thanks for the review. :)

Interesting.

I'm not gonna lie... I liked it. It featured some of my friends as voice actors, which was a plus... but let's talk about the movie.

Yes, the idea HAS been done before, but you managed to make it work. In terms of animation, some of it was good and some of it was just sloppy. For example, your growing and skewing tweens are a little bit too slow. Especially for Bill Board (think I got that right), which needs to be skewed to fit his talking more. I do that kind of thing all the time and it isn't too time consuming, so you should try doing it.

Some other movements were a bit too slow too, but again, a lot of the animation was pretty good; that being the parts that didn't need ease. So here's a big note. You HAVE to start using EASE in your tweens. If you don't know what that is, then PM me or something and I'll tell you. It makes all the difference and makes sprite movies much more visually appealing. It would help in lipsyncing too, though you did really good with that anyway, especially the goomba.

So in conclusion, I like this movie. Just make sure to use ease in your tweens next time (if you are doing this, then use more because I didn't notice it at all). I came up with this Flash idea once actually, but I never did it because it had been done before. That didn't stop you though, and you did a pretty good job. Sometimes originality doesn't matter to me, if it's a good idea that is. Keep up the good work.

(P.S. If you haven't seen this idea done before, watch Bowser's Kingdom: Eps 666 and Left 4 Dead Bros.)

MurderMysteryMan responds:

I appreciate the analysis. And yeah, it has been done before. Bowser's Kingdom started the zombie idea, but I kinda wanted to complete it. And Left 4 Dead Bros. just beat me to it :P

Woo.

I know this flash isn't yours as I'm 100% positive I've seen this somewhere else a long time ago but I just love this loop. Who knows, that may have been you who uploaded it there a long time ago (even though that's highly unlikely). At least you know the music from it. Take your 10 and consider yourself lucky. Then again, It is Clock Day so who really cares? xD

Punisher responds:

It's mine. The only other place I uploaded it to was Albino Black Sheep, that was back in the day though. This has been in my personal archives for awhile

It was decent.

Like I said, it was decent. It wasn't amazing or anything. I had it's funny parts and it's well animated parts. Honestly, I really hoped it would be a bit better though. Though it was quite long so I can see a lot of time and effort was put into this, especially with some users like Sunrie making so many parts. It was mostly quality animation that this lacked in my opinion. Honestly though, I kind of wish I had decided to make a part for this. If you make another, feel free to PM me and I might make a part or two. If you do make another I suggest setting the bar a little higher for parts though. Just a little. I might be rating a little high but I think I'd give this a 7. Also, OutcastLabs definitely should've been Co-Authored. ;)

Sunrie responds:

You got it. I'll keep you in mind. As for OCLabs, he needs to add me to his portal buddies. I already sent the request.

Oh, and as for me doing so many, this originally started out as something that only I was doing, but then I opened it up as a collab

Amazing.

That was epic. It had action, cute characters and GREAT animation! The shading was just perfect. The story was well written and didn't lose me for a second. The only flaw was that the cut-off ear switched sides a bit but that's hard to keep track of, or even to notice so that's nothing to me. I am a big fan of your work and I recognized your style immediately (particularly from Ekkosangen, as I love that Flash). It took over a year, eh? I believe it. Great job and I hope to see even more work from you in the future(squirrel, lol). 10/10 5/5

Lol.

It was well animated and funny. Short but well animated and funny. The duck and whale sounds were just hilarious. The only visible flaw was that the whale's head cutoff was shown making it seem like it was just a head. You might wanna fix that (unless that's the WHOLE whale which would be a pretty small whale). I can't wait for asdfcollab's turnout. :P

Thundaboom responds:

Harhar, the miniature pickle whale!

And yeah, ditto.

Severely overlooked game.

This is a game everyone deserves to know about. It's brilliant, funny and ORIGINAL. It also had great music. I remember playing this as a kid. I could never beat that symbol puzzle (the one that opens the door to that tower that you can go inside while on the red spiky vehicle) therefore I could never get that final video cartridge and get the last key (how was I supposed to know keys could be given through video), I was stuck for years until I finally figured out what the symbol with the weird sound represented. Great game, indeed. Someone should make a Flash parody of this game or something to get it out more. Maybe I will some day.

P.S. You heard they're making a movie about The Neverhood and it'll be released sometime next year, right? I can't wait for that. It'd better be in clay too, that'll bring back that nostalgic feel.

Ratcaller responds:

Oh woah, movie that would be awesome...
And BTW I spent too much time too on Neverhood chronicles xD

Man I was cringe back then
